Knowlify Courses offers a 30-day refund on one-time course purchases, subject to the conditions below. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date, and you must have consumed less than 30% of the course content (as measured by lesson completions tracked in our system). If both conditions are met, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. This policy applies to individual course purchases and is subject to change with reasonable notice.
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances: (a) more than 30 calendar days have elapsed since the purchase date; (b) you have consumed 30% or more of the course content, regardless of when the request is made; (c) the request is made after a promotional or discounted purchase where no-refund terms were disclosed at checkout; (d) the course was purchased as part of a bundle — individual courses within a bundle are not separately refundable unless the entire bundle is refunded. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to abuse this policy (for example, repeated refund requests across multiple courses).
To request a refund, please contact our support team within the eligible window. You can submit a refund request by: (a) visiting your Dashboard → My Learning → selecting the course → clicking "Request Refund"; or (b) emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request — [Course Name]" and including your order ID and the email address associated with your account. We aim to process all valid refund requests within 3–5 business days of verification. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer without first contacting us and allowing us the opportunity to resolve your concern, we reserve the right to: (a) suspend or terminate your account; (b) contest the chargeback with your financial institution; and (c) pursue recovery of amounts owed through lawful means. We strongly encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] — we are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback does not guarantee a refund and may result in additional fees charged by your financial institution.
Once a refund is processed and confirmed, your access to the refunded course will be revoked immediately. If you have downloaded any permitted materials associated with the course (such as worksheets or resource files), you agree to delete those materials upon receiving your refund. Re-purchasing the same course after a refund is permitted, but a second refund for the same course is not available.
