Terms of Service

By accessing or using Knowlify Courses (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Knowlify, Inc. ("Knowlify Courses," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation.

The Platform is provided for educational purposes only. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform, and at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Knowlify Courses immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

Upon purchasing a course, Knowlify Courses grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational use. This license does not include the right to download (unless expressly enabled), copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any course content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Knowlify Courses and the respective instructor. Course access is tied to your individual account and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

All purchases are processed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method. All sales are final subject to our Refund Policy. For details on refund eligibility, timelines, and how to request a refund, please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video, data compilations, and software, is the property of Knowlify Courses or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. The Knowlify Courses name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Knowlify, Inc. Instructor-created course content remains the intellectual property of the respective instructor, subject to the license granted to Knowlify Courses under the Instructor Agreement.

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission; (c) upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or its related systems; (e) use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Platform; (f) engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user's use or enjoyment of the Platform; or (g) violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. KNOWLIFY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. KNOWLIFY DOES NOT ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY COURSE CONTENT CREATED BY INSTRUCTORS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL KNOWLIFY, INC., ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL KNOWLIFY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO KNOWLIFY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within New Castle County, Delaware for resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms. Any claim or cause of action you may have arising out of or relating to the Platform must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues.
